1. What time do my kids wake up? Usually around 8 cause Katelyn has to go to school, Austin on the other hand can sleep till noon if you let him!!

2. On a good night, what time do my kids go to sleep? The kids are always in bed no later than 9, but we go for 8:30 but with the night time routine its more like 9

3. How long have I been a mom? A little over 7 years!! Wow that is crazy!!

4. How old was I when I became a mom? I was 17 and 2 months

5. What's my favorite kids' show? We like Dora and Diego

6. My least favorite kids' show? Barney, Sponge Bob, I can not stand that one!!!

7. Favorite chore? If I had to choose I would say vacuum

8. Favorite meal to cook? I like to make chicken enchiladas

9. What's the meal cooked most often? hamburgers and homemade fries

10. What's your kids' favorite meal? They love mac and Cheese

11. What's my favorite thing that Cody does with the kids? I love when he get down to there level and just connects with them... He loves to teach sport and I can see a good connection between them when they play!!!!

12. What are the 5 things that make me smile while being a mom?

1 - When the kids dont fight!!!

2 - Hugs and Kisses!

3 - When I see my kids laugh and enjoying there childhood!!

4 - I love whne they use their manners, especially to others!!

5 - When I see the different stages of life aas they grow nad mold more into an adult and to be apart of it is amazing!!!

13. Where do you want to take your kids someday? I would love for then to see everything, different cultures and, different people, big and little cities, to go on a long road trip!!

14. When was the last time Cody and I went out - without the kids? About 2 weeks ago we went out with another couple! Oh it was so FUN!!!

15. One thing you never said you do as a mom? I always said I would never be my mom and I am totally like my mom!! Its a good thing though, I said it in High school

16. Favorite past time with my kids? Rocking them and reading a book!!

17. Favorite quality that my mom has? My favorite thing about my mom is her patients!! When i am frustrated her patients are always like a rock!! My mom is the best!!

18. Advice for new moms? Enjoy every moment cause they grow to fast!!!

19. What's a scary or heartbreaking moment you've had? When Bryce had RSV when he was 3 months old and the doctor said we would have lost him if we didnt get in when we did.... His lips were blueish!!

20. When was the last time your kids said I love you? I hear that all the time!! My kids are the best at saying that!!!

Happy Birthday Katelyn!!!

Saturday was Katelyns 7th Birthday!! I can not believe that my baby girl is 7!! So she has been going through a maturity stage and she has grown alot in this last couple weeks!! I can not believe how much things change in a short time!! Friday we had a party with my family and had a great time and Saturday, our good friends from Twin Falls came down and we all went to the zoo!!! With not many exhibits we still had a great time!! After, Gunner and Lindsay, some more good friends, had us over for a dinner and a little gathering for Katelyn!! I asked her what she rated the day from 1 to 10 and she said an 8 cause the car ride to Boise was long and the zoo was a little boring. But we say she had a great day!! I am so proud of her and all that she has become and achieved!! She has a great heart and she is a Great kid to be around!! Here are a few memories to share of her birthday!! Oh yeah, her favorite thing ever is clothes and shopping so she got 80 dollars from the family and 100 from us to buy a mp3 player and she got alot of clothes!! Weather

This weather that we are having is CRAZY!!! This last weekend was in the 90s and now it is back in the 60s and windy which makes it colder.... We even had to have a cancellation for tball on Tuesday and maybe even tonight!! This is miserable weather to make the kids sit through!! With graduations and birthdays coming for us we sure could use the nice weather!! My cousin Ashley is graduating High School this Saturday!! It is funny looking back and remembering her when she was little and now graduating!! It is crazy to know my baby cousin is graduating!! How time flies!! We are very proud of you Ashley and CONGRATS!!! Also Saturday is Katelyns birthday but that will be the next post!!! I hope you all have a great day in not so good weather!!!

Austin Graduated

Austin loves his gammy coming to his special events and I am so lucky to have my mom doing all she does for my family!! I am so blessed to have such a GREAT mom and grandmother who loves being with her grandkids!!

During the graduation they had different activities for the kids to do!! Austin at school worked very hard on a draeing of himself!! And he did such a great job!!!

Bryce always got to participate in all the activities that the school held!! It was so fun for him too!! He loves his big brother!!

Austin got some balloons and a bag full of candy from his wonderful gammy... He absolutely though was the best thing ever!! She thinks of everything!!

Today was a great day!! Austin graduated preschool!! I never thought we would get to this day because he was such a shy kid!! It makes me think of all the things that he has done and accomplished this year!! My little man is getting ready to go to a big school and head off to kindergarten!! And best of all he goes to the same school as Katelyn!!! How exciting!! We even get to meet the new teacher on Thursday!! We are ready for the summer but sad that school is ending cause it kept them occupied!! Here are a few pics from the graduation!!

Field Day!!!

The last official day of school for Austin we went on a field trip!! To a local farm and it was so fun to see the kids and how much each of them have grown individually!! It is definetely sad for the school year to be over but exciting at the same time!! We have met alot of fun people and some great new friendships have been built!! I was walking with the teachers and Austin and I said its kinda sad for the school year to end cause me baby is growing up and the teacher said but hes not a baby and Austin replied YEAH!! It is so true hes not a baby but I am so attached to them that they are still my babies!!! Anyways it was cute and it got me thinking I cant say baby anymore!! Here are are a few memories of that day!!!!

My Sister and Her Family

My Sister, Jennifer lives in Michigan and we send pics often to eachother because we both have kids and we want to see them grow up!! My sister and I are very close. She is my best friend and I love her so much. We have lots of things in Common and I wish we had more time together..... Jennifer has two kids, Alex who is 8 and Alanna who is 9 months!!! I have only gotten to see Alanna 2 times and I get to see the family about 2 times a year!! So when they come it is a great time!!!! Here are some of the latest pics that Jen sent me!! I laughed at this for like 30 min!! Jennifer dropped the baby food and It got on Alanna... She must of blinked cause she never got it in her eyes!!! I miss you Sis and love you all lots!! These are a few memories that are fun and love them!!!

A wonderful weekend!!!

At our house this weekend, Calise, Lindsay and I had a yard sale on Friday and Saturday. We have a wonderful location for one so we had it at our house.... Friday, I opened my garage about 7 in the morning and I am not joking when I say our first customer came to the house... Nothing out and noone but me at the house.... From there it was non stop all day... All of us did very well in money and left with not al whole lot to sale for Sat. So Saturday morning came and Calise brought a few more items but it was slower than we all thought!! We still did pretty well on Sat. We had been planning a night out with some friends so we got a babysitter on Sat and so did Lindsay and Gunner as well as Julie and Nathan.... Gunner, Lindsay, Cody and I went to our fav. restraunt, Mongolian BBQ and ate and then went to Lindsays and Gunners to play games and rockband, where Julie and Nathan showed up!! I was a great time and it was good for some adult activity.... Around 1 in the morning, Cody and Gunner came out with some beautiful flowers and a card.... Inside was a great surprise of a massage and a pedicure at a spa in meridian!!! I started crying cause it was nice that Cody put some time into the gift and it was a first mothers day gift that was given in the 7 years of being a mom!! It was so sweet and it is much appreciated!! I have the best husband ever!! I love you Cody!!!

All good things must come to an end!!!

Both Katelyn and Austin are in soccer and tball!! As we also coach tball and Bryce is the bat boy!!! This is the last week of soccer and only 2 weeks left of tball!! We are having some parties for the kids which is way fun and a good way to end the wonderful seasons!!! As a coach and as the mother of two on our tball team, those kids have improved so much and I am proud of all of them!! It was fun to get to know each of them as ondividuals and as team mates!! With school coming to an end and all new adventures for the summer and a new year. It is both exciting and sad!! My kids are growing up and I am so proud to be their mom and get to experience their life journeys with them!! The last to weeks is always the busiest but the funniest!! So all things must come to an end and I am excited for next year!!!

Bryce and Asthma

So as most of you know... Bryce has been fighting infection after infection.... Almost 1 week ago I had to take him to the ER due to him weezing and having a rough time breathing.... So they put on a albuterol breathing treatment and said to have a follow up visit in one week... So today when he went in to our pediatrician, she diagnosed him with full asthma... The lung tissue damage from when he had RSV when he was a baby has given him a hard time during most season changes.... So I ahve been fighting insurances and getting supplies for him cause the treatments are twice aday for two week plus the albuterol treatments every 4 hours and after 2 weeks we can do 1 treatment plus albuterol as needed.... And a follow up in 1 month.... The doctor is worried that there was damage done to alot of his lungs at least on one side so the new treatment is to help prevent further damage or worse permanent damage. So today has been a rough day due to knoing that he is so young and having those treatments for a long period of time is no fun for him. Another obstacle that we are facing head on.... I thank the Lord that it is something we can get through and the strength he has given us through all these medical emergencies.... Keep prayers open for him as this is a new road for him and a long road at that...

Too much going on-

Do you ever have those days that you wake up and you are overwhelmed with all the things that need to be done???? Well, I woke up, looking at my house knowing the chores that needed to be done and all our avtivities for the day but I just cant seem to focus on one thing!!! I feel scattery this morning... As some know, Bryce was in the ER on Sunday with broncitis and the doc said that hes lungs are full and it could be related to asthma. We are a nebulizer treatment for 2 weeks and have to keep inhalers with us at all times.... When he was 3 months old, Bryce had RSV. I never knew how it could effect us for his life!! I remebmer then the oxygen levels on the monitor would go really low and set all the alarms off and nurses would rush in... Exactly what this trip was like!! It is scary to see your baby shook to be be woke up!! Instead of him resting in peace, he had to be shook to breath.... The doctor said after RSV, some of the tissues in his lungs are destroyed therefore he cant fight infection as well.... so he gets broncitis... Today he is doing well but I have to keep an eye on him at all times due to an asthma attack. So with that and I babysit 3 kids and Austin's school and Katelyn off to field trips and tonight soccer and everything else in life, there isnt enough time to do it!!! I just need a deep breathe and conquer one thing at a time!! What I need is a vacation from it all!!! For a few days!! Anyways, I thought I would write really quick and get it off my chest!!
