Days fly by!!

Hello Again!! it has been a long time but here is where we are at!!

We have been in NC for almost 7 months,,and I ask where the time went??? Well it sure do go by fast and we have been busier than ever before but we are absolutely loving it here. Of course I have my days where I would rather be with my Idaho family and friends but I am def. busy and doing very well.

I am working everyday and it is good to be out of the house and be a full time employee, it is especially nice to have he extra money. After work its homework with the kiddos and house work and dinner and a little family time and then bed. And do it again. Lately, The kids have been wanting a lot of baseball time so we are always at the field on the weekend and in the evenings.

Austin had his spring tryouts for one league and he did wonderful. He has improved so much and gotten a lot stronger this year. He absolutely amazes me. It was the number one pick for the draft from 8 out of 12 coaches. He loves baseball. We took him to meet some of the Braves Players and he got some autographs. he was so excited about that and was in awe over the event. It was pretty cool to see the men that the kids look up too. At school they have different days that they emphasize on...This day was Career Day and they were told to dress up like the career that they wanted to go into...Wee you ask what was Austin?? A Atlanta Braves Player..He fit the part!! Another great experience that he got to do was to have a day camp with a different MLB player. He learned some great tips.

Bryce has been ever so busy and impresses my with the things that little man know and memorizes. He is doing awesome in kindergarten and is a great student. He plays coach pitch baseball and tries so hard to keep up with Austin. He def. is his own lil self. He says he is a pitcher. My lil man is officially 6 years old. We took him to Red Robin on Friday with a few adult friends and they sang happy birthday and today we went shopping and had icecream. Next week is the big day though...All his classmates and a few others were invited to a neat place that has batting cages, inflatables, mini-golf, and a few other things. He is excited about that!! Will post pics on that soon!!

Katelyn, is a talker!! She loves to chat in class and home and anytime she can get a word in!! She got 5 slips pulled at school out of 6 days....Yeah....I wasnt happy but come to find out she is getting these pulled after her work is done... Her teacher states that she is fast and the work is easy for here and she needs to learn to stay busy and not interupt other students...Well this has been the case for 3 years now...Idaho teachers gave her extra work to do that was harder and challenged her. Well not in NC....they just let them sit there and get in trouble. She is a smart little girl who is def. maturing and turning into a wonderful young lady. She is def. more fun to hang out with and do the girl things together. She likes softball and wants to try out for a allstar softball team...Maybe but we will see!!

Cody...Well he is working long days. He is a busy guy and gonna get busier!! He is coaching Austin's baseball team for the spring. If he is not a work you could find him on the ball field or in the house with a baseball and Austin. It is non stop and drives me CRAZY!!

We are getting ready to head to Disney World next month and we are so excited not only for the trip of getting away but my parents are coming too!!! I am def ready for a lil fun away from work and that doesnt include baseball...And I am most def. ready to see my family.

There are many busy days here in NC but they all consist of the same things. Work and Baseball...We are what most would call freaks about that sport!! :) We would love on the field if we could!! We have the sport in out blood!!

We are also planning some other fun trips this coming spring to Atlanta to watch them play. And Michigan in June to see my new Nephew that will be here at that time!! My mom is also coming for a month so we are hoping to make a trip to see her sister a few hours away!!

To all my Idaho family and friends, I miss all of you terribly and hope that our family can make it down at Christmas to see all of you.. I hope you are all well!!
