Bruna is adjusting to Idaho

Bruna is here and had a great welcoming to Idaho!! Here is the crew before she came in.. Her plane was on time and she was so anxious to meet all of us in person. We are all adjusting very well. She is enjoying school and has made lots of friends.... We have tried to keep her busy so the homesick doesnt sit in so here are a few pictures of my crew. She is great with the kids and such a big help for me!! I love having her here!!

We went to Twin Falls for the weekend and took her to see the Prime Bridge. She thought this was very neat and got to see someone jump....and all I hear is I want to do that.....Looks like Skydiving is in our future!!

So the last post that I had I said that I post pictures soon of all the craziness around here!! Well here are a few of Christmas..... We had a great holiday season and I cant tell you how blessed I am and I truly took this year to heart and charished all that I have....I am so fortunate to have such a great family and all that they give me in life.....

Going into 2010....

The Holidays are over and I am so thankful for all the great events that have happened in our lives this holiday season and in the great year of 2009!!! We have been so fortunate with no job lay offs for Cody and our great opportunity to come into 2010 with a great hope and excitement for the year to come!! We have so many exciting this to look forward to as our foreign exchange student is here from Brazil safely and have had a great start in Idaho. We will update you soon on the pictures of our events.....

Holidays are coming!!

Wow.. Time is flying.... Bruna has 18 days till she is here. There is only 9 days till Christmas and I am still shopping!! We got all moved into the new house and we love it!! Thanks to my wonderful family for all the help. Bryce's arm is healing well and he got his cast off finally. There are so many things that have happened in the last month. We all got baptized as a family!! It was a neat experience and something to remember always. The Lord has blessed us!! Everyday is busy for us. Austin is training for a wrestling World Championship this weekend. That little man has worked so hard. I can not tell you how proud I am of him and all he has done!! Katelyn is excited for Christmas break and after to start at the new school. Bryce is doing well in school and he enjoys going now!! He went through such a weird phase. But we are back on track with that....We got a new puppy for Christmas from Codys parents, since Shasta died. So here is the new baby!! Here are a few pictures of some recent fun we have had...

Bryce was so tired He fell asleep early and he found Sierra as the pillow!! It was so sweet!! And Sierra didn't mind much either!!

Life is still going

So school is almost over and I can not wait... My externship should be starting in 2 months and I can not wait to get it over... I am taking my certificate and running!! The kids are doing good. We had a big get together at my house on Friday for the BSU game, which they won, and Bryce got dog piled and broke his arm. There were 7 big kids on the littlest man there!! So we went to the orthopedic drs today and he got his real cast. He was pretty excited cause we got to sign it!! He looks so cute but poor little man!! He has to have it for a month!!... The holidays are coming up and we are so excited there are so many fun and exciting things to do. Bruna only has 55 days left till she is here!!

We just found out that the owner is foreclosing on our house and it is being auctioned in February so we are moving in the next month. I hate moving and ca not wait till it is over and life settles down a bit!! But the Lord is good and takes care of us and I know I am only handed wheat I can handle.

Surgeries.....1 more to go!!

Hey yall..... Hope you are all feeling better then me!! I have been having kidney stone problems for a little over a year now and last year I got a kidney stone removed.... Well, was hospitalized for 3 days with a kidney infection and lucky me more kidney stones!! Well, I went in a week later and got my left kidney stone removed.... But there is another one on my right side and it is bigger... Can that really be??? Well they decided to do a lithotripsy on that kidney stone on the Thursday!! I felt like I was smashed between 2 trains... The pain wont ease..... Well on top of all of that I must get my gall bladder removed on Tuesday.... So excited about this!!! :(.... Hopefully the pain from the lithotripsy goes away by then because so far I am not sure how I am going to deal with being in more pain .... I am feeling a little better and I still have 2 days to go to recover from this one... Well,,, wish me luck!!! I had to vent and I am feeling better already!! lol

Amazingly perfect!!

Lately, I have really been working on me and how to accomplish life and fill more fulfilled. I must say that every morning I wake up felling so happy and feeling ready for those bad times!! Before I would dread having those moments with the kids and try to figure how to avoid them. Now, I say bring it on and lets learn from them!!! I am loving how the kids are so youthful and looking at life through little eyes is amazing!! I see the kids smile over something silly and it makes me smile too. I see the kids at the table doing homework and how a problem is nothing and everything clicks in their heads!!! I love when Bryce tells me about our day through his words. It is amazing when I am grouchy he sees me as giving him a snack and I am the greatest!! I love talking with Bruna on the webcam!! She makes me laugh and to see the kids get so excited for her as well. They all have 500 questions and things to tell her!! I love how Cody works so hard at his job and then he comes home and goes over and beyond here at the house for me and the kids. I love how much he loves us!!! I am so thankful for all my friends and family. They support the decisions of our life even though they may not always agree with what we do. I love how a simple hello from the kids to a stranger can make them smile. I love how generous the kids are. A homeless woman was holding a sign and Katelyn asks to give her money to the lady!! I love life. God is great!! I love how he makes challenges for us and he guides us through them. I can not tell you how happy that life is coming together and depression medicine isnt needed to feel this way anymore!! I love LIFE!!
